For future projects: it is best that all cameras at the event are the same exact camera, or at least same brand, and afterwards the same RAW processing software is used on the imaes. If I use JPG, then I use RAW + JPG option "just in case" even if I don't touch the RAW files.
Ideally postprocessing should be automated as much as possible or outsourced. There are companies that claim something like $0.28 per image to color/contrast correct. Not bad if you don't have time. Post processing and retouching can be a beast that detracts you from building your business.
Whatever you do, have clearly specified contracts as to your obligations as well as those who work along your side.
