Best video training (lightroom 4)?

I'm going to be signing up for some video training. My main concern currently is learning lightroom 4. After that i plan to continue though (photoshop, HDR, Ect...). There are a mired of choices:

http://www.luminous-landscape.com (but they are different in that you buy it rather than subscribing to a feature).

Has anyone watched all the major lightroom video training? Which did you like the best?
Other than lightroom any of the above that you prefer (or maybe i didn't include one in my list)?
