D700 operation/setting question:

Currently I have my AE-L/AF-L button set to auto focus and lock focus and my shutter button to locke exposure and release shutter.  I have looked high and low and don't think this can be done but thought maybe I was missing something and to ask you all.  Is there a setting where I can set the AE-L/AF-L button to AF, AE-L and AF-L all in one button?
