265k Canon 5D Mark II buying question

Hello,

I am a frequent visitor of the dpreview site but new on the forum.

I would to upgrade my 40D+17-40 gear with an 5D Mark II.

I have an offer, an 5D mkII with 265000 actuation, used for filming.

The shutter statistics are clear on the Olegkikin website.

Makes a difference if the 265k releases were made by filming or photographing? Do you have any opinion/suggestion/recommendation on this theme?
