Help me to find my next lens - 16-105mm or 28-75 or something else?

I use the 18-250 as my all-round travel lens, so the 16-105 really needs to be a step up on quality & capability (the 18-250 is awesome for traveling, but I wouldn't really use it for anything serious :P)
