medium telephoto lens for Oly OM-D EM5

Hello all,

I recently took the plunge into the m43 world and pulled the trigger on an Olympus OM-D EM5.  I didn't get the kit lens, but I bought a pan 20mm 1.7 to start with.

Now I'm looking for a telephoto lens for this camera that will be of good overall performance, but not break my bank account.  I've heard good things about the pan 45-150, pan 45-175, and a few others.  I'm not super concerned about size of the lens, I much prefer fast focusing and sharp images, especially at the longest end, wide open.

If anyone who has experience with both of these can shed some light, I'd much appreciate it.  Like I said I'm new to m43, so any advice will help.  Thanks in advance!
