can anyone compare AF of XE-1 with nikon D300?

hi there -

my last interchangeable lens camera was the D300, which i loved.

i'm sure that the AF on that is old and slow now.... can anyone compare it to the XE-1?

(i'm mostly using that one with the nikon 18-200 lens....  though also use it with the 80-200 (old one) and 80-400).
