Mihai --- I understand what you are saying, I really do.  But if you've never used a D3200, you may not understand its shortcomings.  I've used many of Nikon's DSLR bodies, and this is the first one where I've accidentally changed focus points between shots.  When you grip the camera in the normal position to depress the shutter release, your hand just naturally falls on the 4-way selector, which many times causes the focus point to change.  Check your settings before you shoot, you say?  Well, that's good, but say you've just taken a shot, and perhaps you are looking at it on the screen, when suddenly you see your subject do something that you'd like to capture.  You bring the camera up to your eye, and it refuses to focus on what you want.  After going through this enough times, you realize what has happened, but to make the necessary change, you need to bring up the info screen, move the focus point to the correct position, and take the shot.  Of course, by this time the shot is gone.  To make matters worse, the focus points in the viewfinder, especially the center point, are hard to see.  The active focus point can light up red in the viewfinder, but, even so, for some reason, it is difficult to see the center point light up.  That's why, if it's critical, or if I'm getting paid, I use my D300.  It's absolutely bullet-proof, and like a second skin to my hands.

Anyway, when you mold yourself to the camera's idiosyncrasies, the D3200 is capable of some fabulous results.  I would like to use (not buy) a D5200 and see what changes have been made, and I really await the D400, or whatever.  The 24MP sensor is the real deal, it just needs tweaking, and that will only be done in a more expensive body.
