Is it too risky to buy remanufactured ink cartriges?

I was looking for an online store to buy ink for my Canon printer and came across Inkjetsuperstore:http://www.inkjetsuperstore.ca/canon-pixma-pro-9000-mark-II-toner-cartridge

Along with the original cartriges they sell remanufactured stuff where "remanufactured" refers to cartridges produced by a third party and meeting all brand standards. These remanufactured cartridges cost only a third of the original brand price.

It's very tempting and attractive price but isn't it too risky to buy such a cheap ink? What do you think? Has anybody had experience with third party ink manufacturing?
