Noise reduction in AfterShot?

It's a common opinion that Topaz Denoise is the best software for noise reduction, followed by Adobe Lightroom tied with all the others, too numerous to mention.

Not sure everyone would agree, but that's my impression. Corel Aftershot Pro interests me because it runs on Linux. So I have two questions:

1. Does AfterShot have noise reduction features, and if so, how well do they work?
2. Can Aftershot accept Photoshop plug-ins such as Topaz Denoise? (Problem: Topaz is not available for Linux.)

P.S. I do not need AfterShot's organization features - I am already fully organized.
