Good pic.
But I like the colour version better.
I too have problems with black and white conversion.
Untill I manage to buy Siver Effex or something like it, I cannot say I like my B&W.
For instance, this pic, apart of the foccusing problems does not have a nice B&W rendering as I see in others.
