I am in agreement, Waiting for a better selection of lenses. Not willing to shell out $1K for a Zeiss lens if that will be the only one. Not willing to put a LAEA1 adapter and 17-50 2.8 on because of its size. Waiting until Sony comes out with a NEX appropriate answer a 16-60 F4? perhaps. Something 'Sony' different.

There are still at least a couple of more lenses pending on that old lens roadmap.

I have been using this little NEX gem for over a year, replacing my Nikon kit whenever I can with the little easy to handle 'HotRod' camera. But I am still missing Wide lens selection (on the list for 10-18 thank you Sony) Fast 'normal' zoom and it needn't be 2.8, constant 3.5 or 4 would be fine. And looking for a usable Flash solution. This is impossible with a descent on camera flash. SO top heavy and there is no place to hold it if you use a bracket, making me consider an Alpha A77, seems to be the same camera in a different skin.

I've already got native-Nex solutions for 12mm and 16mm at f2.8.

The flash situation is a real problem, though.  I don't understand why they can't support the wireless Alpha flash standard.  That would make things easier.....

It is just a tool, I really don't care if it says Nikon or Sony or Exacta on the front. I won't blame it for my missed shots, but if it can help me to get my shot easier, I am all for that
