OMD and FL-14 flash

Anyone used the FL-14 flash on an OMD? How big or small the actual flash is? How much better compared to the small flash that came with the unit? How does it perform with the OMD.

I need a small flash to arry around but has to be better than the one that came with the unit.

Any other recommendations?
