I'd like to clone my primary SSD C drive, but I've heard some claim that if you clone a SSD drive to a regular HD (not another SSD) there can be issues when/if you need to restore the drive from the standard HD to your current of new (replacement) SSD. Doesn't make sense to me, but perhaps I'm missing something?

The C drive I'd like to clone is:

Anyone have experience with this they could share?

no problem to use a clone, but you might have to change some parameters in windows, like defragmentation in case you do not a new install.

There are a lot of how to's for other parameters when you google for it.
