Angus beef ...

...  in a pasture.  A friend asked me to shoot some of his cattle , Au natural...  in his pasture. They are angus  ...  black.  I have tried several times  ...  dismal failures!!   Any ideas, suggestions that will result in something other than black blobs in a field?
