Would you buy penny gh3 or oly omd now

I currently own two point lenses cameras by canon.

i am considering buying a new camera. It will be used indoors to shoot my young kids. I will also use it Ito capture their sports. It will also be used during vacations.

primary use of the camera is for stills but with young kids I have learned that videos can be a necessity.

i do own a penny had camcorder but I will like to skip taking it during vacations and only use it at home.

has anyone compared these two cameras yer?

Penny has better video and a built in flash.

oly is smaller.

i am waiting to hold penny gh3 in hand before making my decision.

I was wondering if there are tether differences I should be aware of while making my decision.
