That video reflects totally my experience. Have met many people who have no clue what marvellous piece of engineering is hanging on their necks. Made it a sport of mine to have unsuspecting victims to explain to me what "ISO" is, what the "green mode" means, many even can not explain what "focal length" stands for .... no surprises there any more. Have also seen a few P&S's which had hunderds of pictures in them, never downloaded since the owner had lost the cable, or never learned how to down load ....
