P7700: Impressive difference between RAW and JPG

Is this ooc jpeg takne with Nr set to Normal? Low Nr might help to preserve more details and as I've seen in early sample images it seemed to me that the default jpeg sharpening is a little higher than it should be and that lead to a slightly artficial look.
