DXO Optics Pro 8 vs Lightroom 4.2

Sorry! I am totally unable to comment on that specifically; however, I totally disliked Lightroom ver 3 to the point I can find no use for the program. On the other hand DxO is extremely useful to me for several reasons.

Mostly it is a superior RAW converter with extras that are important to me. That is not "THE QUESTION"; however, what you like and need and what fits into your work flow is.

So, I would suggest you get trials of both and see what works best for you and your system.
