I have two SB 910 for my D800E, needed a 3rd and bought an SB700.. Hated it sold it right away and just picked up another SB910.. The quality of light from the sb910 is superior to sb700. I did like the size of the sb700 but didn't like the features and for somereason my pictures were better with sb910.. This is not scientific but just a general observation..
