The correction of vignetting in the JPEG is much less than the correction applied to the RAW. This means that the noise you're seeing in the corners is more visible in the RAW because it has been brightened more.

Try reducing the vignette correction for the RAW so that the corners are not brightened so much.

A layer blend in Photoshop with a vignetted mask between two layers, one with normal noise reduction and another with strong noise reduction, would be the complete solution to this problem. But that's Photoshop...
