The differences to what Ken is showing are:

1. focus scale goes to 20ft instead of 30ft

2. DOF scale uses different color schema

Looks kind of similar to Ken's AI version:

According to your lens' serial number, you have an AI-S, manufactured between Jul '81 and Dec '05. Definitely not a 'D', because as other posters have written, all 'D' lenses are also AF.
