clicked on CS6 setup.exe. Wouldn't work. Said to installed the Adobe Support Advisor.
Downloaded that and have the exe file on my desktop. double clicked on it and it does nothing. Just sits there.
Perhaps you should be rt-clicking on the .exe files to bring up the option to run as administrator?
