If as you say that all was OK before, & this may be just a misused action, try this
Right click on the screen 'open space' on win 7
screen resolution
advanced settings
colour management
colour management - header
there you will find the ICC profiles that may be added /adjusted /changed. It could well be that an inadvertent action caused the profile to change to the monitor profile, rather than the ICC you would normally use.
Just an idea, hope it helps.
