How many lenses/ Which lenses do you plan on buying?

Buying the X-E1 kit with the zoom lens for $1400, which is a $300 discount seems like a pretty good deal. However, even with my Canon 5D, I use my zoom lens maybe 10% of the time, the two primary lenses I use being a 50mm and 85mm prime.

So which lenses do you own/plan on purchasing? Are there people with only a 35mm f1.4? Seems like the point of an interchangeable lens systems is to interchange lenses, but out of the lineup so far, the 35mm f1.4 is the only one I would use. Would it be weird/stupid to get an x-e1 with ONLY a 35mm f1.4 until the 56mm comes out?

I DO need something at the longer end. If the wait for the 56mm is too long, do you think I would be able to pick up a 18-55mm zoom for $400 (the difference of the kit and body), or do you think that even in the used market, it would run for more than that?
