E-TTL Cable for Macro?

G'day. I can't find the product I want. It is an E-TTL cable (for Canon flash), with a tripod screw on top of the end that attaches to the camera. With that I could put a mini ball head between the flash and the hot shoe, instead of mounting the ball head on a bracket (and using a conventional cable).

A couple of work-arounds... 1. Modify the cap on the camera end of a conventional cable (e.g. Canon OC-E3). 2. Use a dual socket cable (hot shoe on top of the camera end), with a screw on a little plate that slides into the hot shoe on the cable (e.g. Flash Shoe Mount Adapter).
