a99 EVF Change Request

Here's the list of changes that I wish Sony to implement in a firmware upgrade. Please add yours.

1. Don't show Photo Preview in ViewFinder when switching from LCD (I was surprised to see a previous shot after previewing it in LCD and looking thru EVF again)

2. Reduce lag when switching EVF and LCD

3. Don't change AF/MF button state when reactivating from power save

4. When shooting in RAW, SmartTele button works as Focus Magnifier.
