Nex 6 Sensor Smearing

It looks like JPG compression artifacts to me... but this can't be if it happens in RAW too.

Perhaps you could post a RAW file for us to play with, we could then see whether the problem depends on the RAW processing software. (Edit: except that not much supports the NEX-6 format yet).
