Touble with posting.

Hi there i dont know if i am being a complete idiot good chance i am, but i want to post on the PC Forum asking for advice on a system but i cant write on single lines when i have written something i try to click below that line to write but the curser wont go there it will only double space by pressing enter which i dont want.

What am i missing?.           Regards Kev.
