SX40 or SX50? A BIG difference?

Take the SX50. I don't care about the wider aperture advantage, as low light shooting, and bokay are not very high on my list of priorities. And even the 35mm to 50mm isn't all that big of a deal. Are there any other significant improvements that you, as users of the SX40 and now SX50, see as favoring the newer model? I can sell my SX40 and pick up a SX50 for well under $400 locally.
