SX40 or SX50? A BIG difference?

I'd like to level the field just a little, then read your replies.

Take the SX50.  I don't care about the wider aperture advantage, as low light shooting, and bokay are not very high on my list of priorities.  And even the 35mm to 50mm isn't all that big of a deal.  I feel 35mm is plenty.  I do like the better quality LCD and EVF, though.  And aside for those other "advantages" that might single-handedly be enough of an improvement to make the so-called upgrade to the SX50.

Are there any other significant improvements that you, as users of the SX40 and now SX50, see as favoring the newer model?  I can sell my SX40 and pick up a SX50 for well under $400 locally.

Do I want to do this?  I'd like your opinions, please. Thanks.
