Problem with pocket flash difuser on EOS 60D

I tried to use a pocket flash difuser (http://www.myphotoaccessory.com/store/product_info.php/products_id/62) on EOS 60D's built in flash, but it didn't work. I couldn't find in a menu item for flash activation. Any hints how to solve it? Many thanks in advance.
