LR4 user wants to buy X-E1, how restrictive is the Adobe/X-Trans issue?

Dear all,

I am considering upgrading from my m43 setup to the X-E1. In practice, is the Lightroom/Adobe RAW issue a big deal? I am not a super sophisticated user so the main tasks performed in LR4 are some exposure adj, WB adj and applying my VSCO presets.

are the JPEGs good enough to withstand these simple tasks?
