I agree. Get it professionally cleaned. It may just be a stubborn smear. I created a terrible set of smears on my D4 when attempting a dry clean. I must have contacted some oil on "my way in" Or my brush was contaminated.
I had to do several wet cleans to right it. This may be your situation.
