You can get it from various sources, including Ebay.

I spray it on a tissue first, and wipe the barrel with the tissue. This applies an invisible dry film to the barrel. Applying it this way avoids the spray going everywhere. Silicone treated surfaces have a characteristic feel, which I've noticed new lenses have. So I suspect that it's used during the lens manufacture

I also lubricate the lens hood bayonets this way and it completely avoids the sticking problems frequently reported on Zuiko lenses. It's far better and more effective than using messy graphite.
