question about photo sky banding patterns

Great composition! I like this photo a lot!

I dont see any banding, however I do see lens flare, which are reflections in the lens elements inside the lens itself. This can be dealt with by avoiding shooting directly into the sun, or use a lens hood. If this is not what you meant, can you point at the banding?
