Ken Rockwell's comments on Sony's color rendition

Forgive me if someone has already said this - I didn't read all responses. Who leaves the exposure/color/etc. as it comes from the camera?  Virtually every picture I take changes at least somewhat in post processing. Besides, I see more variation in colors resulting from the various lenses I use.
