D3200 focus problem

My focus point will not stay where I want it. I am setting it for the center point and I do press OK. I check by going back into info and making sure it is in the center - it is.

However, when I am shooting I see the focus point moves a lot of the time - it is on a different point than the center one I set it on.

Is this normal - can't see why it would be?

I have autofocus continuous - AF-C
I have dynamic autofocus

Using 600 vr with 14tc.
