Limited by Apple software -- how to use RAW images from the NEX-6?

How about using Adobe's DNG converter to make DNGs that you can then import? I am not sure it will work, but it seems plausible.

I've often thought about doing this anyway, as in 20 years down the line will Sony RAW files be easily readable? I had quite a struggle recently to get stuff off a Kodak photo CD.
