Your S95 produces a 3648 x 2736 pixel image at its full (default) size. That's a 4x3 (or 3x4) aspect ratio, not 4x5. All you need to do to get a 4x5 aspect ratio (for an 8x10 print) is to crop your 3648 x 2736 pixel image to 3420 x 2736. As you can see, there are also pixels remaining to crop more and still maintain at least 300 pixels per inch for an 8x10 print.
