Search the App Store for "DOFMaster". It allows selecting the CoC.
It seems it allows you to select the old standard CoC for select sensor formats, but does not allow you to choose a random CoC. I guess you can interpolate from the ones provided to optimize DOF.
Sensor format is one option but it also gives you the choice to pick a specific CoC.
From 0.001 - 0.040 in 0.001 increments, 0.040 to 0.150 in 0.005 increments, and 0.150 to 0.300 in 0.025 increments.
