Tripod deals during BF

Hi,

I have D7000, along with SB700, 70-300mm, 16-85mm and 11-16mm. Photography is hobby and I enjoy taking family photographs. Currently I have cheap sunpack tripod, I am looking to buy little better one, the only time I use tripod mainly is when I go for dance concerts for my daughter.

I looked at the adorama deal on Vanguard tripod below. Its for $149 after $50 MIR. Actually I was looking something under $100 for the tripod and ball head combo. But if you all thing that the below deal is best for its price and functionality than I can think for this, otherwise pls suggest something else.
