Street shooters who use a 50mm

I know HCB pretty much used a 50mm for most of his work, and it's still a fairly popular FL for street photographers today, though most people I know now prefer a 35 or a 28.

I've mostly shot street with a 24mm-e and a 35mm-e, but have recently just acquired a 50mm-equivalent lens (it's a 35, but I shoot on APS-C) and I've used it exclusively for the past month but I've found that I've really struggled to use it out in the streets.

So I guess I'm just looking for some inspiration.  Aside from HCB any of your street photography heroes shoot with a 50mm or equivalent?  Or anyone whose street work you admire, any links would be great!

I'm basically looking for the 50mm angle of view, so anyone shooting a 35 on a 1.5x crop works for me too.
