X Pro 1 and Amazon

Need some help from the team here.

Just received the X pro 1 and 35mm I bought, at full list, from Amazon yesterday. Their distribution center is 20 minutes from here, so not a big trip.

Anyway, I opened the shipper and was disappointed with rather poor condition of the black Fuji box. Scuffed up. Not wrapped in plastic.

Opened it, and to my seasoned eye, this looks like it had been opened before. (There was a red dot on the box.) Inside all of the goodies were wrapped in plastic, but none were sealed. The camera was wrapped in plastic, but did not have that "new" smell to it. There was no plastic film on the screen. Most distressing, there are two very faint scratches on the base plate.

Conversely, the lens box is sealed in plastic. Did not open it.

Perhaps I am being anal here, but I have a different recollection from my X100 opening.

I was going to contact Amazon anyway, because of the deal Fuji will offer Nov 25. Unless I am missing something, makes more sense for me to just send both back.

Very frustrated with Amazon. Never thought this of them...
