there's your error... no picture has exactly the same problem, though a problem may be similar across a range of images. They require a similar operation to correct, but not neccesarily the same one. And many will require targeted adjustments.
The problem may vary from shoot to shoot, but his method of work was the same for an entire shoot.
By learning to make or modify an action, he would save a ton of time.
that's true, but it wouldn't take all the work off his hands.
