X-E1 in Hong Kong

For those of you passing through Hong Kong, Photo Scientific has them, both colors, for a pretty good price...7500 HKD for the body, 3500 for the 35mm F1.4 lens (and of course no tax in HK). They did not yet as of 10 days ago have the new zoom lens.

Picked it up with the 35mm prime for 11000 total including a new memory card. Very happy with the camera for the price. Excellent image quality, and actually I love the OVF. Auto focus could be a bit faster, but it's not as bad as I expected from reading some of the reviews especially with the old firmware on the X-Pro. My only gripe is that my thumb keeps hitting the exposure compensation dial and I don't immediately notice it.

Now to sell off my dinosaur Canon SLR.
