24-70 CZ vs 16-50 SSM, A99 vs A77?

I am going to upgrade from my nex system (which is nex-7 + kit lens). Camera is very good but I want to improve my skills and the camera is kind of a bottleneck. I decided to go with Sony DSLT system (because I believe DSLT will replace DSLRs (just like DSLRs replaced film cameras) after DSLR cameras reach technological limits + Sony offers CZ lenses).
Right now I have $2300. I can buy A77+16-50 right now (and start my evil experiments :D) or I can wait a bit and get A77 with CZ lens or wait longer and get A99 (or new Sony FF camera) with 24-70 CZ.
Or I can wait longer and then choose between:
A77 + 16-50 SSM + newer Macbook pro (mine is o-o-old)
A77 + 24-70 CZ + something useful
A99 (or new Sony FF camera) + 24-70 CZ + nothing
I am not a pro (Since I am still 19) but purchasing better camera will motivate me to learn new aspects of photography (which will some day make me professional photographer)

What do you guys think?
p.s. no need to make negative comments (bad for karma).
p.p.s. don't tell how canikon is way better (DSLT fits ALL my needs :D)
