Watchdog investigates Epson printers

Thanks for the replies. I will try to pass the info to the programme makers. I really just wanted to know if they had their facts right not to carry out a tirade.

What upset me most was the fact that once again a company discriminates against countries outside the US ie. supplying a fix or not as the case might be. They always have a cute answer. Many multi nationals are now being investigated in the UK. Maybe they might be forced to change their ways.
