5DII 24-105 photos blurred - is there a 'golden' range of SSs for using IS?

Can you post the full image. I know you used centre AF but is this crop close to the edge of the shot? If it is it could be a case of decentering, check the other edges. If its from the centre part fo the image then ignore that.

I'd say its not a user issue though and maybe the lens needs looking at.

Just to be clear, its a 5DMII and not III right?
