No because old Mother Earth is far more resilient than you give credit to. There is absolute proof via science that most of North America was devoid of evergreens and was a desolate wasteland. I was living in Portland when Mt. St. Helens blew and leveled the earth for a radius of about 20 miles, look at it today and it has totally recovered all the flora. It will take more thasn MERE man to destroy this old earth, action and reaction, natural compensations put into action and she will recover.
